We just had a baby and although we love to travel, we are taking a break this summer to spend time with our growing family so our beautifully maintained Forest River Ozark Toy Hauler Travel Trailer is available.
The Trailer itself features one slide out for added main cabin room. With a 15' exterior awning, gate patio and interior/exterior speakers this toy hauler is ready for all your entertainment needs all while comfortably sleeping 6.
This unit is very versatile due to its size and can be taken really almost anywhere. It does have a large 38 gallon fresh water tank that can be pre filled prior to delivery, if your site does not have potable/freshwater, just let us know. With 30 gallon gray water and black water holding tanks and 30 amp electric service it makes it easy to extend your stay! Don't worry we have all the needed accessories to get all your services hooked up - ALL INCLUDED with your delivery and setup!
The kitchen features Farm style sink, microwave, hot water heater, 3 burner stove, full size refrigerator and dinette that converts to a bed.
The garage space itself is a 2 in 1 multi purpose/use area. Measuring in at 11'4" Long x 7'9" wide easily converts to a sleeping area or additional dining/entertainment space as the gate converts to a lifted patio area with a fence/gate.
There are NO tv's in the RV but in the past we ourselves have brought an I-pad to stream a movie if needed.

--You are responsible for all damages (parts, labor and time) to replace and or repair any item broken or damaged during your rental a full walk though will be completed prior to your departure and then again upon your return.
