Let us bring the home to you. This 5th wheel is like having a small condo. Easily enough room for 2 families. 4 tv's including an outdoor tv, patio deck, large refrigerator with storage room for everyone. Master bathroom plus a 1/2 bathroom in the garage area which also serves as a guest suite. King size bed with memory foam mattress and large wardrobe in the master bedroom, loft above kitchen area, and 2 queen size beds in garage/guest suite. One of the queens has a memory foam mattress. Interior and exterior Rockford Fosgate sound system. Has 800-watt solar setup with large lithium battery bank and inverter to run some AC appliances.

Things to know
*This is a non-smoking trailer. Any signs of smoking or any smoke smell (campfire, fire, etc.) will result in a cleaning fee of $750.
*Dog Friendly Only - no cats. Dogs must not be left unattended unless crated. $10/night pet fee
*No Towing - Delivery only
*Generator or Shore Power required for Air Conditioning or other large amp drawing appliances (blow dryer, curling iron, etc.)
*4 Night Minimum for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends
*Black water tank is actually two 52-gallon tanks. One 52-gallon tank for rear bathroom (including sink water) and one 52-gallon tank for master bathroom toilet.
Prepay Refill Propane Tank 1: $50
Prepay Refill Propane Tank 2: $50
Unfilled Propane Tank Fee - Charged if propane tank is not refilled before returning unless prepaid option was chosen: $75 / tank
Generator - Required to power AC and other high energy appliances and to charge batteries if not connected to shore power: Generator is free for 2 hours per day. $4 per hour after.
Excessive Cleaning Fee - Charged if trailer is in need of excessive cleaning: $500 above and beyond the normal $250 cleaning fee.
Dump and Flush Waste Tanks: Mandatory $100 fee (Disposal fee)
50-gallon Aux Fresh Water Tank - Don't run out of fresh water while camping. Bring an extra tank to refill your water. Includes transfer pump: $50
