Private queen master bedroom in the front with a tv and a separate bunk room in the rear. Two additional hideaway beds in the couch and dinette offer more sleeping room. The beds all have bedding and quilts
Power slide,, large power awning, , outdoor; speakers, fridge and ice maker are perfect for glamping.
The fully stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, and added electrical appliances for use with shore power.
Living area has a tv and an am/fm Bluetooth radio (speakers inside and out).
The bathroom has toilet, sink, and shower.
Outdoor area has speakers and a cabinet with a fridge, drawers for ; plates, utensils, paper towels etc., and and ice maker.
Freshwater holding tank with 48 gallons and both gray water and blackwater holding tanks with 33 gallons each.
A manual of instructions is included with the rental..

Additional Pick up and drop off information
• Please have drivers licenses of all qualified drivers (we will take pics of the license(s)
• We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental.
• All linens are removed and washed every rental.
• Cleaning supplies are in the camper including; disinfectant, dish soap, cleaning towels, and hand soap.
• After you return, we’ll conduct a walkthrough and then release the security deposit if no damages.

Other things to note
• Please enjoy your time in the camper and return in good condition so that we can enjoy our time too. This camper is brand new and we would like it to stay that way. Please take care of like it was your own.
• Please empty and flush the tanks before you return it. Don't worry we will show you how before you leave. There is a fee if this step is not completed.
• We do have a few if the camper is returned dirty.
• Bucket must be kept on power box on tongue when not driving.
• Dogs are allowed as long as they are trained. There will be a fee and possible loss of security deposit if we found any animals have damaged (going potty inside, chewing etc.) anything. We do not particularly want any other types of animals however we can discuss it.
NOTE: You will need a truck with enough towing capacity that can handle a hitch weight of 750 pounds and a tow weight 7,500 pounds. Check the manufacturer's recommendation for your truck. Generally, you will need a 3/4 ton truck or equivalent. Also, you will be long with truck and camper combined. So you must have expert driving and backing up abilities. In addition, you need a trailer brake controller and 7-pin plug-in your tow vehicle.
We do provide a weight-distribution hitch and stabilizing bar.
