It sleeps 8 Max but six adults and two kids would probably be a more comfortable option. There's a queen size bed in a separate room with sliding doors and a bunk house with two full beds. The dining room table converts into a futon. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities to cook. There is a kitchen outside as well as a gas hookup outside for a gas grill and a small charcoal grill is available at this time. The bathroom has a larger shower and four towels are provided. Has a 40 gallon water tank so double the water capacity. Two batteries and two 15 gallon gas tanks also ensure a more comfortable stay as well as being equipped with solar. Generator provided, only really needed to use outlets. USB ports in bunkhouse work at all times. 30 Amp hook up required for AC operation. There is lots of extra hidden storage! Thermal package states it can be used in -40 degree weather if you're crazy! Linens provided and well as comforter for bedroom and 2 very soft blankets for bunkhouse.
