• Pets considered with prior approval.
• Guests are responsible for any campground reservation fees.
• If not selecting delivery, renters must have a vehicle capable of safely towing approximately 8,000+ pounds and a compatible brake controller.
• Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless a dump service option is selected.
• Please return the RV in the same clean condition it was received to avoid cleaning fees.
• Generator not included.
• Freshwater tank capacity: 45 gallons.
• Gray water tank capacity: 32 gallons.
• Black water tank capacity: 32 gallons.
• Two 20-pound propane tanks are included.
• Delivery, setup, and pickup are available within a 100 mile radius of st Augustine.
