2 bunks (full size) upper bunk 200lb max with no ladder to get up.
Dinette conversion to roughly the size of a full bed (slightly smaller and shorter)

**Renter must have a brake controller installed on their vehicle to tow trailer**

What’s included
Fresh linens will be supplied for each rental as well as paper plates, plastic silverware, and plastic cups. Two camping chairs are provided and an outdoor rug.

Things to know
Black and gray tanks must be emptied upon return or subject to dump fee.
No smoking of any kind in trailer. Presence of smoke odor or paraphernalia will result in $750 fee.
1 dog is allowed in the trailer but any damage or excessive hair will result in pet cleaning fee and or replacement of damaged items.
