Inside, you'll find a comfortable sleeping space for up to 8 people comfortably up to 10 if you have kids, with a queen-size bed in the front bedroom and a set of full-size double bunk beds in the rear. The stylish and functional kitchen includes a three burner stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, making meal prep on-the-go a breeze. Bathroom with small shower and toilet with a sink just outside for washing hands.
A cozy dinette and sofa, that also fold out for more sleeping area, provide a relaxation area for family movie nights or game nights. And with plenty of cabinet and storage space throughout, you won't have to worry about ending up with clutter or disorganization.
On the exterior, the Autumn Ridge has an easy-to-use power awning with LED lighting that provides shelter from the sun and rain. Has marine grade exterior speakers that are controlled from the built in stereo on the inside. In the back it has a quick connect for the 2 30lb propane tanks to hook up your BBQ or camp stove.

What’s included
This RV will run off-grid so no need for power hookups with minimal use. Lights, fridge, Heater, water heater and water pump will run off of the RV's battery and propane tanks. Also has USB ports to charge your phone, tablets etc. For an extra cost I have a generator for when camping without hookups. Will need this if you are wanting to watch TV, Run AC, outlets and the microwave. Has a 30 amp electrical plug and water hookups for when camping at a site with the option to plug in.
Propane will be included in the price of the rental. I have 2 30lbs tanks and they will last for quite some time each. At least one tank will be full while the other one is being used. If you do run out while camping you will need to get your more for the remainder of your trip. Unless your renting for several weeks, you shouldn't have any problems.
Also Included with your rental are, Linens for beds, camp chairs, outdoor rug, toilet paper, minimal kitchen tools, dishes and cutlery but we like to use paper plats to cut down on cleaning dishes, water filter pitcher, board games and cards, 2 TV's with DVD Player each, small collection of movies, bring your own if you would like, flashlight and first-aid kit. Also fridge will be cold when you pick up and water tank can be filled upon request at no charge. I am adding things all the time.
I will deliver the RV to the site of your choosing within a 75 mile radius and set everything up for you for an extra charge. Just check the add-ons.

Things to know
It will have all you need to block tires to secure in place once parked, blocks for leveling RV, cords to power RV, hoses to use for water and grey and black drain hose to empty tanks. I can fill water tank before you pick up upon request for no extra.
When you pick up I will walk around trailer and show you how everything works and answer any questions you may have.
As I have pets of my own and don't mind them coming along with you, There is a $15 a day add-on for pets. I do request that you be respectful to my RV. Don't leave your pets alone inside so they can tear things up and please clean up any accidents they may have inside ASAP.
