The Roadrunner is a 24-foot Class C motorhome designed for comfort and convenience on every adventure. Compact yet spacious, it sleeps up to 6 and comfortably accommodates 5 adults with a rear queen bed, over-cab bunk, and convertible dinette. Easy to drive and packed with modern features, it includes a full kitchen, private bath, and plenty of storage—perfect for family road trips, weekend getaways, or exploring the Southwest in style.
Post trip fees :
-Standard Cleaning Fee: $0 if returned clean; $75.00 per hour if not returned clean inside and out.
-Trash Disposal Fee: $100.00 if trash is not removed prior to return.
-Exterior and Undercarriage Cleaning Fee: $75.00 per hour.
-Undercarriage Mud Removal Fee: $75.00 minimum.
-Deep Cleaning Fee (Smoking, Vaping, Pets, Odors): Minimum $350.00 plus possible forfeiture of security deposit.
-Pet Convenience Fee: Required if pets are approved (varies by unit).
-Unauthorized Pet Fee: Minimum $350.00 deep cleaning fee plus potential loss of full security deposit.
-Festival Cleaning Fee: Specified separately in the Special Event or Burning Man Addendum.
-Fuel Refill Fee: Double the current fuel rate per gallon if not returned full.
-Propane Refill Fee: $15.00 per quarter tank if not returned full.
-Wastewater Dumping Fee: $150.00 if not emptied

Things to know
RULES/ FEES :
-Absolutely NO SMOKING in the RV. Additional cleaning fees will apply.
- DEEP CLEANING FEE if any ODORS, excess dirt, or mug in or outside the motorhome including, soot, mud, trash, food wine stains, signs of pets, debris, etc. that require a deep cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $350.
-Travel to Canada or Mexico is not permitted.
-GPS tracking onboard. Tampering with the device will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and any applicable fees.
-Death Valley is PROHIBITED during July and August due to extreme temperatures. Dry Lake Beds or Sand Dunes are not permitted.
-Roof access is STRICTLY prohibited. You will be liable for any damages.
-Festivals of any kind must have prior approval. Festival rates, increased deposit, and additional cleaning fees will apply.
-No OFF ROADING towing or hitch use allowed, and is not covered by insurance.
-SCRATCHES on the RV caused by tree branches or bushes will be billed for buffing.
-Burning Man Friendly: 10 nights minimum plus, a $ 2,500 security deposit and Burning Man Maintenance Fee $ 500.00
-Abandonment Fee: $1,500.00 plus $6.00 per mile from recovery location and $65.00 per hour travel time.
--Late Pick-Up Fee: $85.00 per hour past the scheduled pickup time.
-Late Return Fee: $85.00 per hour past the scheduled return time.
-Reservation Change Fee: $125.00 per request after confirmation.
