2023 travel trailer has all the bells and whistles, with interior height of 6' 9" and unloaded weight of 5,605lbs. ***Must be age 25 or older to rent the camper.*** Nice bath/shower with skylight and exhaust fan in bathroom. Double over double bunks (50"x74") with privacy curtain, separate lights, windows and blackout curtains. Top bunk has usb and electric outlets, bottom bunk has electric outlet below bunk. Wardrobe for bunks is adjacent to pantry and 88" u-shape dinette with 3 under seat storage compartments. Standard kitchen includes farm sink, 3 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and under cabinet electric outlets. Master bedroom has queen bed, vaulted under bed storage, 2 large under bed drawers, plus above and beside bed storage with usb and electric outlets. 20' led lit awning covers entry door, camp kitchen, and slide on griddle and small prep table. Camp kitchen includes pull out wet sink with counter, and spice rack and adjacent mini fridge. Stored in the pass thru storage is a 24" x 48" camp table for extra camp kitchen counter space. The camper has a weight distribution hitch, anti-sway bars and LED power tongue jack.

Kitchen items included: pots and pans, compostable utensils and paper products, cups and coffee mugs, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, can opener, measuring cups and spoons, serving spoons, flipper, mix and scrape spatula, mixing bowls with lids, serving bowls with lids, collindar, hand mixer, steak knives, paring knife.
Dishwashing bin: dish soap, sponge, sos pads, dish towels, collapsible strainer and portable/collapsible double or large single basin, 5 gallon water bag.

Fire bin: long arm lighter, butane, fatwood fire starter, hot dog/marshmallow sticks, pie irons for making pizza, grilled cheese sandwich or fruit pies, hamburger/hot dog cooker and bleach wipes for easy cleaning
Sewage bin for black and gray tanks, includes a clear elbow for use at dumping station, allowing the user to determine when clean out is complete, caterpillar ramp for sewage hose and a box of XL latex gloves is included.
Awning bin: under awning mat, tarp for use under mat, mat/tarp stakes and hammer.
Docking & safety bin: safety triangles, easy tire changing ramp, docking blocks for stabilizing jacks and tongue jack, wheel chocks, 12" magnetic level, 20 volt flashlight and drill.

Things to know
What's the campers exterior height?
The campers exterior height is 11' 1". Google Maps and Waze don't allow you to filter routes by vehicle height or weight, though special RV apps do. You may want to use a rv trip planning app to plan your route and ensure you avoid low clearance bridges.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
Flexibility is dependent on reservations and camper availability. Contact me should an issue arise with drop-off or if early pick up is desired. Extra day fee may apply.
Trip recommendation for guests
Ensure your vehicle can tow the trailer by entering your vehicles information into the search filters.
Other things to note
1. No tailgating, festivals, or boon docking permitted. This is not an off road trailer. No smoking and no cleaning fish inside of trailer.
2. After requesting to rent trailer, message me, advising me of the destination campground and the vehicle used for towing the trailer.
3. Ensure the campground has potable water to fill the freshwater tank upon your arrival. To avoid cracks developing in tanks do not tow camper with tanks filled. Water tanks Black/Gray tanks should be empty when returned. $100 dump fee if not empty.
4. Awning must be retracted in the event of inclement weather (high winds).
5. No more than 250lbs on bunk beds.
