This unit features a private master bedroom with queen memory foam bed, rear double bunks, and dinette that converts to double bed. Easily sleeps 6-8 people(adults + kids). The spacious bathroom features a large shower, toilet, and sink/vanity. The tankless hot water heater provides on demand hot water. There is also an outdoor shower that makes it easy to clean off after a day of fun in the outdoors. The kitchen area has a 3 burner gas stove and oven, fridge/freezer that runs off gas or electricity, microwave (must be plugged into power), double sink and plenty of storage. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a mini fridge and gas grill that hooks on to bumper with an easy connect gas line. The slide out creates an open dining/living area with an entertainment center that includes a smart TV (requires hotspot) and blu-tooth audio for the indoor/outdoor speakers. There are USB charging ports throughout and the solar panel keeps the batteries charged when not plugged in to power. The unit it ready to go with everything you need including bedding, towels, cookware and utensils, rv toilet paper, basic cleaning supplies, camp chairs, roasting sticks, and games. -Camper must be returned in clean condition (including outdoor grill) or $200 cleaning fee will be withheld from deposit.
-Gray/black holding tanks must be dumped/cleaned or $75 will be charged.
-No smoking or vaping or entire deposit will be forfeited.
-No pets-if sign of pets when returned $500 fee will be withheld from deposit.
-NO USE OF POWER AWNING-this is not covered by renter's insurance. If damaged entire deposit with be withheld plus additional cost to repair/replace.
-No walking on roof
