Things to know
We do encourage delivery. By having it delivered, it ensures a worry-free and easy trip for you as the renter. Delivery also helps to prevent any issues that may arise due to improper towing and set up. We will deliver to most distances if you contact us to make arrangements.
Post trip charges
If the tanks are not emptied, there will be a $55.00 charge (this excludes deliveries). If you DO NOT want to empty the tanks yourself, please select the option for us to dump it for you at checkout.
If there is evidence of smoking/vaping/drugs (smell, ashes, butts..etc)- There will be a minimum fee of $250.00.
If evidence of pets ( smell, pet food left, pet hair, bowls left..etc.) without the pet fee attached to your reservation, there will now be a minimum fee of $250.00.
Late Returns
If camper is not returned by the agree upon time, Renter will have 1hr grace period. After the grace period, a late fee of $75.00 will be applied
If Camper is returned eight hours or more late, we will charged for an extra rental night.
Abandonment Fee
If the RV is not returned to the place of pick up or another location that we have agreed upon, a minimum of $350.00 may be charged by the owner.
