When you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy private master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a dedicated AC unit. The private bunk room is a fun space with four bunks (one double, two single) and a table that can be turned into a double bunk with a TV. And let's not forget the full bathroom with a shower! The kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and comes with a center island. You'll love the theater seating with recliners to watch TV. The dining area can be transformed into another bunk plus the two recliners. With all this space, you can comfortably sleep up to twelve people (kids and adults) or ten adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the basics you'll need for your trip. You'll love the Bluetooth stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers. The outdoor kitchen features a fridge and sink, and there's even an outdoor shower for freshening up after a day of ATV/UTV/Motorsport fun. As an added bonus, there's a 20' power retractable awning with LED outdoor lights included for some cool shade and lighting.

The rental includes a convenient setup within 25 miles of Lexington, KY. We can also arrange setups beyond 25 miles for an extra fee, within 100 miles of Lexington.
