• Tow details – approx 3,500 lb dry weight; 2 5/16" ball hitch & brake controller required

• Tow vehicle must be rated for 5,000 lbs GVWR with 2″ receiver & 7-pin connector (brake controller required).
• Pickup after 2 PM / Return by 11 AM (flexible with notice).
• Minimum 2-night rental; discounts for weekly stays.
• Pets welcome with pre-approval and cleaning fee. No smoking inside.
• Please return clean: wipe surfaces, rinse dishes, empty trash — we handle deep sanitizing.
• No off-road use or music festivals without approval.
• Recent seal and roof maintenance completed for your peace of mind.
