Kitchen Convenience: Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which features a double-door refrigerator, microwave oven, and large stainless steel sink.
Private Bedroom Oasis: Retreat to the rear bedroom, which features a luxurious king-size bed, a 32" LED Smart TV, a dresser, and a closet for ample storage. There are also lots of spots to plug in devices, including CPAP breathing machines.
Outdoor Entertainment and Convenience:
Outdoor Kitchen: Take your culinary skills outside with the convenient outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and a 1,000-watt inverter.

Things to know
We will provide full linens if requested at no charge
We are about 40 minutes from Charlotte Airport, with Uber and Lyft readily available.
• No Smoking or Vaping. $500 mandatory cleaning fee. Feel free to smoke outside
• No climbing on the roof. It is unsafe, and there is a lot of expensive stuff that can break, which you will be responsible for. Please and Thanks
• Please return with the sewer and water valves in the open position so we know the tanks are drained. Otherwise, you will be subject to a tank cleaning fee. We don't want to clean your waste. $200
• Please pull in the awning when you are not on-site, sleeping overnight, or the wind is over 10 MPH. If you hear it flapping or there is heavy rain, do break easily, and you will be responsible
No driving on the beach or sand or you forfeit your deposit plus any other damage
USA travel only no Mexico or Canada
• We all hate rules, but this is to save you stress and money
• ● Drop-off times are 12 pm, and you will be subject to a $50 per hour late fee. We don't want to ruin or delay another family's trip. Please call us if you know you will have issues and see if we can try to accommodate you.
