Things to know
Please read these important guidelines to ensure a safe and smooth experience:
General Rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the RV (deposit will be forfeited).
• Pets allowed with pet fee — please keep them off the furniture.
• No climbing on the roof.
• No festivals unless approved in advance.
Awning Use (Important)
• Always retract the awning when leaving the campsite or during wind/rain.
• Renter is responsible for any awning damage.
Power & Electrical
• This RV requires 50 amp service.
• Avoid running A/C + microwave + space heater at the same time to prevent tripped breakers.
• AC runs only on shore power or a large generator (not included unless rented).
Water System
• Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided).
• Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels.
• Keep black tank closed until at least ⅔ full for proper function.
• Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless you add the dumping fee.
Propane & Appliances
• Stove and furnace operate on propane.
• Water heater use propane or depending on the campsite.
Outdoor Equipment
• Please return all chairs, table, games, and accessories clean and stored properly.
• Cornhole set should not be left out in the rain.
Cleanliness & Return
• RV must be returned broom-clean, free of trash, and in the same condition received.
• Report any damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
