• This is a brand new, family-friendly RV, and we kindly ask that it is treated with care so everyone can continue to enjoy it.
• No smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed in the RV at any time.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This is strictly enforced for safety and comfort.
• If you are towing, renters must provide their own weight distribution hitch, brake controller, and properly rated tow vehicle.
• Delivery bookings include full setup, teardown, and dumping at the end of your stay.
• If the RV is returned excessively dirty, a $150 cleaning fee may apply.
• Please return the RV in the same condition it was received — basic tidying is appreciated (trash removed, dishes washed, surfaces wiped).
• Awning must be retracted in wind or storms to prevent damage.
• Festival use, off-road travel, and unauthorized towing locations are not permitted.
• Any damage or issues during your stay should be reported right away so we can help quickly.
