Features
• Kitchen: Equipped with an 11 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator, a three-burner stove with a glass cover, an oven, and a microwave.
• Bathroom: Features a large shower, toilet, sink, and linen storage, giving you those homey vibes while you enjoy the outdoors.
• Storage: Maximized with under-bed compartments, overhead cabinets, and a lighted exterior pass-through storage space.
Murphy Bed: A 60” x 75” queen-size bed that folds up to reveal a jackknife sofa, providing both seating and sleeping options.
• Double-Size Bunks: Located at the rear, these bunks can comfortably sleep four individuals.
• U-Shaped Dinette: This area can be converted into an additional sleeping space, accommodating extra guests.
And, equipped with Solar Package and a 60,000 BTU on-demand tankless water heater. This feature provides an endless supply of hot water, enhancing comfort during your travels.

Things to know
-No Smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $1,000 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.
-Excessive cleaning fee $150. If trailer is not in the condition it was picked up. This will be assessed out of your Security Deposit.
-No towing behind the trailer or other attachments to the exterior of the vehicle.
-Use of awning. Please be mindful when extending of wind, space, branches and potential sap. It is an expensive and fragile component of the coach. It shall not be left open overnight, unattended or during high winds. Any damaged will be assessed out of your Security Deposit.
-Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining tire pressure. Renter is responsible for making sure their tow vehicle can safely tow.
NOTE: We do not allow the trailer to attend Coachella or stage coach, or burning Man. A $10,000 fine will be applied if used for these events.
