The 2020 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31K is a spacious Class C motorhome designed for family road trips and group getaways. Its rear bedroom, overhead bunk and convertible living areas provide flexible sleeping options, while the open interior gives everyone room to relax.
The coach includes a full kitchen, indoor bathroom, air conditioning, heating, generator, TV entertainment, electric awning, exterior lighting, backup camera and generous storage. The RV is cleaned and prepared between rentals, and secured parking for your vehicle is available at our property.
Summer rentals from May through September have a four-night minimum. The renter must provide the trip destination. This RV is GPS-equipped. Towing is not permitted; the hitch is for an approved bike rack only.
BURNING MAN 2027: August 29 through September 6, 2027. Burning Man and other playa-dust trips require advance approval and a separate event fee in addition to rental days, insurance/protection, security deposit and other applicable charges. See Add-ons for the current fee before booking.

Upon Return:
- Fuel tank (unleaded): $125 re-fill charge + cost of unleaded fuel
- Propane: $25 re-fill charge + cost of propane
- Generator: 4hr allowance/night + $4/hr for overage time
- Grey/Black tanks: Please empty tanks before returning RV, $250 fee if not dumped
- Cleaning fee: $250 min if not returned clean, based on condition and any excessive cleaning required
- Any tire damage or objects in tires - $250 per damaged tire
- Please do not keep the RV past the Rental period (2pm on the last day of your trip) - Late fee is $250
- Return all keys in good condition
- Responsible for any damages not covered by Renters Insurance
- Awning is disabled during Burning Man due to high desert winds
