It was a great time! We had no problems, many questions though as I had not driven an RV before, Rusty was very helpful & easy to reach with answers to any of the questions we had. This was a first but definitely not the last time we rent an RV. Hopefully future rentals will be with Rusty or someone as great to work with as him.

Such a clean and amazing layout on this RV! Russel was so nice and informative. This was by far the best decision we made and Definitely made our vacation stress free! Will definitely rent from him again!!!!

After 3 years of talking about it, we finally did it and Rusty made it happen at last minute. Rusty was simple and straight to the point, practical, sensible, and his prices were very reasonable unlike renting from larger companies. I chose to clean the RV myself and I'm glad I did. I didnt realize how much work it took to clean the inside of an RV. I personally highly recommend paying to get the exterior washed at one of Rustys recommendations or pay the reasonable price to have him clean it. Rustys recommendations/checklist made finding options painless. Thank you again Rusty for allowing my mother and I to create some memories and check off her bucket list. I'll definitely call you again!

Had a great time renting the Prism from Rusty. Very clean and maintained. We will definitely be renting again for future vacations!

I rarely post negative reviews, or any reviews at all. When I have a negative experience it is impossible to know if somebody just made a mistake-things happen-or if my experience is typical and ought to be called out.
I am posting this review only because I received no response whatsoever to the issues raised (other than they had time to collect $70.00 for “excess mileage”)
The highlights:
1. All of the dishes, silverware and pots and pans were completely filthy. The dishes and bowls had been stacked back in the cabinet with food residue caked on.
2. Most of the cabinets in the kitchen area were dirty with trash, dirt, spilled salt, sugar and other debris.
3. The folding bracket which holds the table against the side wall almost pulled completely away from the wall (without any weight being placed on it) while we were on the road. Several of the screws were missing, a number were loose and/or stripped.
4. The coffee maker was loose in pieces in cabinets above the bed in the rear.
5. The rear area seat belts were on the floor behind the side facing seats and under the table area seat. There was trash and clothing along with lots of dust and dirt under and behind the side seats.
6. There was clothing in drawers in the bedroom area.
7. The latch on the drawer which holds the pans beneath the stove/oven is broken as were the 2 straps which were obviously installed to deal with that
8. Most of the exterior storage areas were quite dirty.
