The 2021 Jayco Greyhawk 27U is a well-equipped Class C motorhome with a comfortable layout for families and groups. It offers generous sleeping space, a practical kitchen and a welcoming living area for road trips and campground stays.

Amenities include a private rear sleeping area, convertible beds, full kitchen, indoor bathroom, air conditioning, heating, generator, TV entertainment, electric awning, exterior lighting, backup camera and storage. The RV is cleaned and prepared between rentals, and secured parking for your vehicle is available at our property.

Summer rentals from May through September have a four-night minimum. The renter must provide the trip destination. This RV is GPS-equipped. Towing is not permitted; the hitch is for an approved bike rack only.

BURNING MAN 2027: August 29 through September 6, 2027. Burning Man and other playa-dust trips require advance approval and a separate event fee in addition to rental days, insurance/protection, security deposit and other applicable charges. See Add-ons for the current fee before booking.

I rarely post negative reviews, or any reviews at all. When I have a negative experience it is impossible to know if somebody just made a mistake-things happen-or if my experience is typical and ought to be called out.
I am posting this review only because I received no response whatsoever to the issues raised (other than they had time to collect $70.00 for “excess mileage”)
The highlights:
1. All of the dishes, silverware and pots and pans were completely filthy. The dishes and bowls had been stacked back in the cabinet with food residue caked on.
2. Most of the cabinets in the kitchen area were dirty with trash, dirt, spilled salt, sugar and other debris.
3. The folding bracket which holds the table against the side wall almost pulled completely away from the wall (without any weight being placed on it) while we were on the road. Several of the screws were missing, a number were loose and/or stripped.
4. The coffee maker was loose in pieces in cabinets above the bed in the rear.
5. The rear area seat belts were on the floor behind the side facing seats and under the table area seat. There was trash and clothing along with lots of dust and dirt under and behind the side seats.
6. There was clothing in drawers in the bedroom area.
7. The latch on the drawer which holds the pans beneath the stove/oven is broken as were the 2 straps which were obviously installed to deal with that
8. Most of the exterior storage areas were quite dirty.
